By accessing or using Compass Portal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Compass Portal is a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). We provide features for employee management, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and other HR-related functions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscription and Payments

Features are available under Free and Pro plans. The Free plan is limited to 5 users. Pro plans are billed monthly based on the number of active users. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Pro features.

5. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Compass Portal be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes updates by posting an announcement on the Service.
